NSO Concert in Enschede
Do you have room on your activity calendar for February? Because I have an original and cultural activity for you!
On Wednesday 21 February, the Dutch Student Orchestra (Nederlands Studenten Orkest; NSO) will give a concert in Enschede! The orchestra consists of 90 students from the whole country. Jitse (master student from ME and treasurer of the NSO board) represents the UT this year in NSO!
In February, NSO rehearses a program at a high level and then goes on tour to play in beautiful concert halls in the Netherlands. The concerts are always spectacular! NSO is fun for both students who have already been to classical concerts before, and for students who are not familiar with it at all as it is an accessible student orchestra.
If this sparks your interest, I was wondering if you could promote the NSO concert within your association, or, even better, turn it into an activity. Some ideas to promote the activity:
- Fancy concert evening bonding with your (project) peers or fellow committee members
- On a 2nd Valentine’s date to NSO
Some practical information: the concert is on February 21st, at 20:00 in Muziekcentrum Enschede. You can find more info and buy tickets via this link and the Instagram page. A student ticket is only €12.50.
