BMS Lunch Lecture: Interdisciplinarity in Healthcare

Lunch Lecture: The power of interdisciplinary collaboration in Healthcare

Free lunch only if you sign up!

How can we make an impact in healthcare practice, and tackle complex healthcare challenges like staffing shortages or purposefully implementing technological solutions? The answer lies in interdisciplinary collaboration. Yet, working across disciplines isn’t always easy—different perspectives, jargon, and research approaches can create barriers.

Through cases like optimizing nurse staffing and effective virtual care delivery, overcoming legal, technical, and personal hurdles in healthcare innovation, we will show how collaboration works in practice—when done right.

In this talk Caroline Fischer, Gréanne Leeftink, Anke Lenferink and Mireille Post will share real-life examples of how interdisciplinary teamwork leads to better solutions to improve healthcare. Have a look at our website to learn more about these four speakers!
